Frequently asked questions
Do I need to provide water or a hose?
Most mobile detailers arrive self-contained with their own water, vacuum, and supplies. If yours needs access to an outdoor tap or a power outlet, they'll let you know when they confirm your booking, so there's no surprise on the day.
Can you do paint correction or polishing?
Light polish is included in the full package. Multi-stage paint correction is a longer specialty service, flag it in the booking notes so we send a detailer with the right equipment.
What about pet hair?
Pet-hair removal is standard in the interior shampoo. Heavy cases get a small per-vehicle surcharge that's quoted up-front before the booking is confirmed.
Do you do ceramic coatings?
Not currently, ceramic coatings need a controlled environment for curing that mobile detailing can't reliably provide. We'll refer you to a partner shop if asked.
