Delete Your Account

Request deletion of your Road Ally account and data.

What happens when you request deletion

  • Your account — permanently deactivated and removed from the platform.
  • Personal information — name, email, phone number, and profile photo are deleted.
  • Vehicles — all saved vehicles are removed.
  • Payment methods — saved cards are detached from Stripe. No future charges.
  • Service history — booking and request records are anonymised for legal and financial reporting, but no longer linked to your identity.
  • Processing time — requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

Request Account Deletion

Please provide the email address associated with your Road Ally account. We'll verify your identity before processing the deletion.

You can also request deletion by emailing privacy@roadally.co from your registered email address.
