What happens when you request deletion

• Your account — Permanently deactivated and removed from the platform.
• Personal information — Name, email, phone, and profile photo are deleted.
• Vehicles — All saved vehicles are removed.
• Payment methods — Saved cards are detached from Stripe. No future charges.
• Service history — Booking and request records are anonymised for legal/financial reporting but no longer linked to your identity.
• Processing time — Requests are processed within 7 business days. We'll email you when deletion completes.
