Roadside Assistance as a Service

Built for companies, not stranded drivers.

Enterprise roadside lives or dies on reliability and speed. Road Ally is building a RAAS API (Roadside Assistance as a Service) so insurers, dealers, EV makers, and autonomous fleets can upgrade the programs they already run: tighter dispatch, verified field capacity, and completion data that stands up in your systems.

What we're building

Enterprise dispatch, without the phone tree.

Most incumbents optimise for call handling, not time-to-help. RAAS connects your apps, policy systems, and vehicle platforms directly to Road Ally's dispatch network: location and job context in, matched Ally out, live status and structured completion back through the API. Fewer handoffs, predictable ETAs, and an audit-ready record for every rescue. The same verification, routing, and operations stack we run across Canada and the United States, exposed for partners.

Why partners choose us

Reliable, efficient, accountable.

Corporates do not need another brochure. They need a dispatch layer that performs under SLA pressure. RAAS is built on three commitments:

01 · Verified capacity

Allies you can stand behind

Background checks, identity verification, skills review, and ongoing ratings. Your customers meet a vetted operator, not an unknown contractor.

02 · Efficient dispatch

Closest qualified Ally

GPS routing to the right skill set for the job (jump, tow, recovery, high-voltage) with live ETA and status your teams and platforms can consume.

03 · Closed-loop data

Ops and claims ready

Timestamps, pricing, outcome codes, and proof-of-service fields structured for claims, fleet dashboards, and OEM quality teams.

EV & autonomous

The vehicle calls. The Ally arrives.

Connected EVs and autonomous fleets do not need a member hotline. The vehicle or fleet stack calls the API when help is required: a fault, a safety handoff, or a recovery event. Road Ally dispatches a skilled Ally trained for EV high-voltage work or autonomous escalation: credentialed, equipped, and on site in earnest to resolve what software cannot. Your platform keeps the audit trail; we put the right human on the ground fast.

Who it's for

Upgrade the program you already run.

01 · Insurers

A network that performs

You already cover roadside. RAAS tightens dispatch where wait times and thin coverage drive complaints and claims leakage. Faster help, defensible job records.

02 · Dealers & OEMs

Brand-grade assistance

Honor the roadside promise at purchase with efficient, verified dispatch behind your app or portal, white-label ready when the API opens.

03 · EV makers

API in, specialist out

The vehicle raises the job over the API; an EV-trained Ally with the right gear responds with recovery, high-voltage isolation, and customer-safe handoffs.

04 · Autonomous fleets

Machine-initiated escalation

When the stack requests ground support, the API books an AV-trained Ally on site to secure the vehicle, assist passengers if needed, and report status back to your ops centre.

Where we are today

Operations live, API in build.

Road Ally already runs dispatch, Ally verification, and payout infrastructure across Canada and the United States, the foundation partners will inherit through RAAS. The API is in active development; we are not opening a self-serve developer portal yet. We are onboarding a small cohort of design partners who need a dependable upgrade to an existing roadside program and are willing to shape endpoints and SLAs with us.
