Year, make, model. We default to manufacturer-recommended oil grade and a quality filter; you can also bring your own oil if you prefer.

Drive-on ramps, clean drain pan, OEM-spec filter. Used oil leaves with the Ally — no mess, no recycling trip for you.

Office parking lot
Most office lots allow under-car work for short jobs. The Ally confirms with the property contact when needed.
Synthetic vs conventional
We default to the spec your manufacturer requires (synthetic on most modern cars). If your car is older and you prefer conventional, just say so in the booking notes.
Frequently asked questions
Can I supply my own oil?
Yes — flag it in the booking notes and the price will reflect labour-and-filter only. Bring the oil out for the Ally when they arrive.
What grade of oil do you use by default?
Manufacturer-recommended grade for your year/make/model. We don't substitute or upsell.
Where does the used oil go?
The Ally takes it to a certified recycler at the end of their day. You're not responsible for disposal.
Will you do other small maintenance at the same time?
We can pair a few light items (washer fluid top-up, wiper replacement) into the same visit on request. Major work (brakes, suspension) needs a separate diagnostic booking so the right Ally is sent.
