How fast can I get help?
Most emergency calls are matched to an Ally within 5 minutes. Average arrival time in our coverage areas is under 30 minutes.
Do I need a membership?
No. Road Ally is pay-per-use. There are no monthly fees, contracts, or sign-up costs. You only pay for the services you request.
What services do you offer?
Emergency: battery jumps, flat tire changes, fuel delivery, lockouts, towing, diagnostics. Reserve: tire swaps, oil changes, car detailing, battery testing, and road trip prep inspections — all performed at your location.
Are Allies vetted?
Yes. Every Ally completes identity verification and a background check before they can take their first job. Professional Allies also go through a skills review.
How does payment work?
You pay through the app with a saved card. You see the estimated price before you book, and the final total once the job is complete. No cash changes hands.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. You can cancel a Reserve booking free up to 2 hours before the scheduled window. Emergency jobs can be cancelled before an Ally has arrived.
What if I'm not happy with a service?
Contact our support team within 48 hours. We review every complaint, and we'll work with you to make it right — including refunds where appropriate.
