Flag this when you request — it triggers high urgency and the closest available Ally. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first, then us.
Dead key fob battery
Most modern fobs have a hidden mechanical key for exactly this. If you can't find it, we can usually still get you in — just call.

Will you damage my door or window?
No. Our service providers are trained on non-destructive entry — air wedges and slim-jims, not drills.
What if I need a new key cut or programmed?
Key cutting and fob programming aren't part of the lockout service. We can get you back into the car — for replacement keys, your dealer or a locksmith is the right next step.
Can you help with house lockouts?
Not currently — Road Ally only handles vehicle lockouts.
My fob's battery is dead. Can you help?
Yes. Most modern fobs hide a mechanical key. If you can't find it or use it, request a lockout and your Ally will assist on-scene.
