Common fuel delivery situations in Quebec City
Out of fuel on Autoroute 40
Stations can be many exits apart along Autoroute 40. Send your pin, stay in the car, and a service provider brings you enough fuel to reach the next stop.
Tank emptied between exits
Highway run, you pushed the empty light too far. We come to you — no walking on the shoulder, no rideshare to the next station.
Wrong fuel scare
Filled diesel into a gas car (or vice versa)? Stop driving and call — we'll arrange a tow rather than try to drain on-site. Wrong-fuel issues are a towing job, not a fuel-delivery job.
Stranded at a cottage or trailhead
Remote area, no station for 30 km, returning from a long drive. Coverage depends on whether an Ally is within range — request and the app tells you immediately.
Frequently asked questions
How much fuel will you bring?
Default is 5 gallons / 20 litres — enough to comfortably reach the nearest station. You can adjust at request time if you need more.
Will I pay station prices for the fuel?
Fuel is billed at retail-plus rates that cover the Ally's pickup time and effort. You'll see the total estimate before authorising payment.
Do you deliver propane or other fuels?
Currently gas and diesel only. Propane and specialty fuels aren't part of the roadside service today.
What if I'm in a really remote spot?
Coverage depends on Ally density. If no provider is in range, the app tells you immediately — we'd rather be honest than send someone a hundred kilometres for a $40 delivery.
