Can you bring a new tire?
Yes, on a roadside tire repair, if the tire turns out to be beyond repair. Tell us the size printed on your sidewall (for example 225/65R17) when you book so your Ally arrives with the right one. The replacement tire itself is paid for separately from the callout.
Can every flat tire be repaired?
No. A puncture in the tread can usually be repaired, but sidewall damage and blowouts cannot be repaired safely, so those need a replacement or a tow. Your Ally will tell you which you are dealing with once they see it.
Will it ruin my wheel?
No. Allies use the correct torque spec and proper jacking points to avoid wheel or rocker-panel damage.
What does it cost?
Pricing is set by Road Ally and shown to you in full before you authorise payment. Allies don't quote or haggle, they accept the job at the platform-set rate.
