Will I pay station prices for the fuel?
Fuel is billed at retail-plus rates that cover the Ally's pickup time and effort. You'll see the total estimate before authorising payment.
Do you deliver propane or other fuels?
Currently gas and diesel only. Propane and specialty fuels aren't part of the roadside service today.
What if I'm in a really remote spot?
Coverage depends on Ally density. If no provider is in range, the app tells you immediately — we'd rather be honest than send someone a hundred kilometres for a $40 delivery.
